Key Responsibilities

  • •Own and drive the People Integration Playbook: Develop, refine, and champion the Playbook, standardizing processes for compensation harmonization, leveling, organizational design, benefits integration, and HRIS/payroll transition across all acquisitions.
  • •Lead the G&A People Integration: Direct the Day 1 G&A functional reporting policy, ensuring seamless integration of G&A personnel into core corporate functions from close, including pre-close talent assessments and issue resolution.
  • •Mitigate Talent Risk & Drive Retention: Design and implement strategies for identifying key talent, executing retention packages, and fostering cultural alignment to minimize attrition and maximize value of acquired talent.
  • •Orchestrate HR Operational Readiness: Coordinate HR deliverables for Day 1 and beyond, including offer letters, background checks, benefits enrollment, manager talking points, and initial HRIS/payroll setup.
  • •Manage Cross-functional HR Dependencies: Act as primary People Integration liaison with Legal, People Ops, Finance, and Business Line leadership to ensure alignment and smooth execution.
  • •Provide Expert Guidance: Serve as SME for HR-related integration challenges, including international considerations (Works Councils), clearance transfers, and policy harmonization (Code of Conduct).

Key Requirements

  • •7-10+ years of progressive HR experience, with 1+ years specifically in M&A integration roles focusing on People/HR workstreams.
  • •Proven track record of leading complex HR integration projects from diligence through post-close stabilization, including compensation, benefits, and HRIS integration.
  • •Deep expertise in HR regulations and best practices within an M&A context, ideally with exposure to government contracting or classified environments.
  • •Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex HR data into actionable integration strategies and clear executive communication.
  • •Exceptional leadership, communication, and change management skills, capable of influencing senior stakeholders and driving cross-functional alignment.
