Drive continuous transformation across Burberry IT by evolving the Technology Forward roadmap and embedding new ways of working and capabilities over time. Key Responsibilities

•Drive continuous transformation across IT, ensuring new ways of working and capabilities are embedded and sustained over time.
•Continuously evolve the Technology Forward roadmap to keep transformation priorities aligned to strategic business and technology objectives.
•Define and maintain the Technology Forward transformation scorecard, including measurable indicators of organisational effectiveness, capability evolution, adoption, and operational maturity.
•Lead IT communications, engagement, and messaging, ensuring consistent transformation narratives aligned to Burberry Forward.
•Own IT-wide change management and governance, including adoption measures, behavioural change tracking, and keeping technology intranet/knowledge management current and accessible.

Key Requirements

•Experience defining and measuring strategic transformation outcomes, organisational maturity indicators, or balanced scorecards within a technology organisation.
•Experience coordinating transformation activities across multiple teams without direct ownership to drive alignment, engagement, and outcomes.
•Strong change management capability, including defining and embedding new ways of working and tracking behavioural adoption.
•Excellent communication and engagement skills, crafting clear narratives for both technical and non-technical audiences.
•Experience working with senior leadership (CIO/VP level) to shape consistent transformation messaging across functions.
