Job Summary

Lead and deploy the CORE continuous improvement program across Propeller Systems sites (Figeac, Casablanca, Windsor Locks). Organize implementation, adapt and use CORE/COSMIC tools, manage internal/external training and certification plans, and ensure consistent deployment and reporting to the group. Drive operational efficiency improvements, develop CORE competencies, support process-improvement initiatives, and monitor progress against CORE steering committee objectives.

Key Responsibilities

•Organize, implement, and track the CORE continuous improvement program in line with company strategy and objectives.
•Manage CORE-related tools (adapt as needed), and run internal/external training plans using pilots and relays.
•Ensure consistent CORE deployment across the organization, acting as the CORE “continuous improvement” focal point for the group.
•Manage CORE training and certification program activities and develop CORE skills at Propeller Systems sites.
•Provide group reporting on CORE activities and globally monitor/control progress to meet objectives defined by the CORE steering committee.

Key Requirements

•Engineering degree or equivalent, with initial experience in continuous improvement in an industrial environment (ideally metallurgy).
•Strong relationship skills (communication, coordination, facilitation).
•Ability to motivate leadership and staff.
•Project management skills.
•Fluent English (minimum B2 level).
