Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop and drive ATE test solutions to meet business milestones and KPIs across the NPI lifecycle.
  • •Collaborate with silicon design, product & test, and packaging teams to architect test solutions at wafersort, die-level, and CPO-level.
  • •Interface with suppliers to define test requirements and enable production-worthy end-to-end solutions.
  • •Train other teams and engineers on silicon photonics test topics from design through volume test.
  • •Lead characterization, execution/analysis, and debug of silicon photonics test flows (including RMA) and optimize for quality, yield, cost, and test time reduction.

Salary: SGD 92,400 - 132,000 annually

  • •Engineering experience in semiconductor test with a focus on silicon photonics.
  • •Experience tackling complex test and manufacturing challenges for silicon photonics and optical interconnect technologies.
  • •Hands-on experience with ATE test development and execution.
  • •Deep knowledge of general test and manufacturing of silicon photonics.
  • •Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical, Computer Engineering, Optics & Photonics Engineering, or comparable disciplines.
