Job Summary

Develop and drive ATE test solutions for silicon photonics as part of the DCG New Product Introduction (NPI) process. Partner with silicon design, DFT, packaging, and suppliers to architect wafer sort, die-level, and CPO-level test approaches. Lead post-silicon bring-up, characterize and debug test flows (including RMA), and optimize test coverage for quality, yield, cost, and test time improvements.

Key Responsibilities

•Develop and drive ATE test solutions to meet business milestones and KPIs across the NPI lifecycle.
•Collaborate with silicon design, product & test, and packaging teams to architect test solutions at wafersort, die-level, and CPO-level.
•Interface with suppliers to define test requirements and enable production-worthy end-to-end solutions.
•Train other teams and engineers on silicon photonics test topics from design through volume test.
•Lead characterization, execution/analysis, and debug of silicon photonics test flows (including RMA) and optimize for quality, yield, cost, and test time reduction.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: SGD 92,400 - 132,000 annually

Key Requirements

•Engineering experience in semiconductor test with a focus on silicon photonics.
•Experience tackling complex test and manufacturing challenges for silicon photonics and optical interconnect technologies.
•Hands-on experience with ATE test development and execution.
•Deep knowledge of general test and manufacturing of silicon photonics.
•Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical, Computer Engineering, Optics & Photonics Engineering, or comparable disciplines.
