Key Responsibilities

•Build and enhance high-throughput, low-latency trade processing systems.
•Support platform resilience, scalability, and production stability.
•Drive legacy system migration and decommissioning (e.g., Hudson to XStore).
•Support onboarding of settlement and pre-settlement platforms and improve throughput across confirmations and downstream systems.
•Provide production support, incident management, and RCA while collaborating with business and engineering stakeholders.

Key Requirements

•Strong Java development experience with Core Java, Spring Boot, and REST APIs.
•Experience building distributed systems and event-driven architectures.
•Hands-on with messaging systems such as Kafka and JMS.
•Strong SQL skills for data troubleshooting and debugging.
•Experience with CI/CD, testing, and deployment practices plus production support and incident handling.
