•Oversee and manage Technology Risk units and establish performance standards; direct performance management and staff development.
•Approve security architecture, designs, plans, controls, processes, policies and procedures aligned with IS strategy.
•Direct development of risk assessments, audits, and testing of hardware, firmware, and software for security impact; investigate and resolve security incidents.
•Advise management on security effectiveness and recommend enhancements; communicate strategy to meet business and corporate priorities.
•Determine staffing needs, manage hiring/firing, salary administration, and diversity programs; develop unit budgets and monitor expenses.

•Experience managing staffing, budgets, and diversity programs within a security unit
