Install and qualify new process equipment and troubleshoot day-to-day production issues on the manufacturing line, including tool-down, yield, and quality problems. Lead system improvements to drive throughput, yield, and product performance, using statistical data analysis and structured experimentation. Develop process control plans, maintain technical documentation and SOPs, and support continuous improvement through data collection, reporting, supplier and internal collaboration, and training of engineering technicians and production associates.
