Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead budgeting, forecasting and reforecasting processes across assigned business units.
  • •Deliver insightful financial analysis, variance reporting and performance commentary.
  • •Develop financial models, business cases and scenario analysis to support strategic initiatives.
  • •Provide commercial guidance on pricing, investment, resourcing and operational decisions.
  • •Monitor financial and operational KPIs, identifying risks and opportunities.

Key Requirements

  • •CA or CPA qualification with a tertiary qualification in Accounting, Finance or a related discipline.
  • •Minimum 7 years' finance experience, including at least 5 years in FP&A, Commercial Finance or Finance Business Partnering.
  • •Demonstrated experience in budgeting, forecasting, financial modelling and performance analysis.
  • •Strong commercial acumen to influence and partner effectively with senior stakeholders.
  • •Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, with experience using financial systems and BI tools such as Power BI highly regarded.
