Own executive recruiting and enterprise RPO governance, partnering with leaders to improve quality of hire, reduce cycle time, and elevate the employer brand. Build and maintain people analytics dashboards, metrics, and reporting frameworks to support workforce planning and decision-making. Lead TA standards, interview training, change management, and candidate/hiring manager experience improvements, ensuring compliant, ethical, and high-quality hiring across the business.
