Job Summary

Own financial accounting and controllership for a portfolio of EMEA legal entities, ensuring accurate and timely US GAAP and Local GAAP reporting. Lead month/quarter/year-end close, oversee statutory compliance and audits, and coordinate with auditors, advisors, tax, and legal teams. Manage and develop a small geographically dispersed finance team, while driving process excellence through automation and best-practice adoption using tools like SAP S/4HANA, BlackLine, Workiva, and Power BI.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes for assigned EMEA entities.
•Ensure accurate and timely reporting under US GAAP and manage US GAAP to Local GAAP reconciliations and statutory bridge analyses.
•Oversee statutory audits and ensure timely filing of statutory financial statements and regulatory submissions.
•Lead and develop a geographically dispersed international team while providing coaching and technical accounting guidance.
•Identify opportunities to simplify, standardize, and automate accounting processes using SAP S/4HANA, BlackLine, Workiva, Power BI, and AI tools.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: EUR 80,780 - 115,400 annually

Key Requirements

•Qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA, CPA, CIMA, or equivalent).
•Big 4 audit training is required.
•Strong technical accounting expertise across US GAAP and Local GAAP reporting.
•Proven experience managing statutory audits and regulatory compliance in multiple European jurisdictions.
•Advanced knowledge of SAP S/4HANA and experience leading and developing international teams.
