Job Summary

Lead a section of the ANZ consulting delivery team, driving professional services outcomes across scoping, proposals, governance, and delivery quality. You’ll manage consultant performance through mentorship, 1:1s, and professional development cadences while supporting commercial success through account plans, sales cadence participation, forecasting, and margin monitoring. Partner with Sales, Pre-Sales, and resource management to align services to customer business outcomes from project lifecycle through renewals and scope extensions.

Key Responsibilities

•Participate in scoping, definition, and commercial structuring of professional services solutions with Sales and Pre-Sales teams.
•Support account plan execution and sales cadence meetings to identify new business opportunities.
•Support forecasting of bookings and revenue and monitor project costs, subcontractor expenses, and overall margin.
•Support end-to-end proposal approvals, including reviewing Statements of Work, preparing project estimates, and facilitating internal approvals and extensions.
•Provide direct management and mentorship to a team of consultants, including 1:1s, performance discussions, and quarterly connections.

Key Requirements

•Knowledge of the Red Hat product portfolio and value proposition.
•Experience supporting the sales cycle, collaborating with account teams, and scoping complex consulting engagements.
•Experience overseeing multiple projects, managing escalations, and working with resource management teams to drive delivery quality.
•Proven ability to manage, mentor, and grow technical talent in a high-performing environment.
•Candidates must be based in Adelaide, Brisbane, Canberra, Melbourne, Perth, or Sydney and be an Australian citizen.
