Scaler Labor PR02 (2nd Shift) New Holland Plant

Rotate among multiple workstations and perform scaling tasks as assigned. Transfer raw product from the cooler to the meat dumper using a walk-behind, control dumper transfer to the hopper using computer controls, maintain a clean work area, and weigh ingredients to spec for accurate pre-measured hopper transfers. Communicate clearly and work effectively with minimal supervision in a fast-paced plant setting.
