Key Responsibilities

  • •Build generalizable AI agents that can work inside the Macadamia Platform
  • •Develop and deploy workflows (front+back-end), in close contact with customers
  • •Turn existing engineering tools into AI-agent tools
  • •Create SOTA agent architectures to process real-world engineering data
  • •Collaborate with cross-functional team to ship features for the platform

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 80,000 - 160,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Proficiency in Next.js, Python, TypeScript, PostgreSQL
  • •Experience building AI agents or AI-powered workflows inside a platform
  • •Ability to develop and deploy end-to-end workflows (front+back-end) with customer interaction
  • •Experience turning existing engineering tools into AI-agent tools
  • •Ability to design and implement state-of-the-art agent architectures for real-world engineering data
