Key Responsibilities

•Manage account call center locations, assist with broad reach and other electronic group training and advancement campaigns.
•Develop and maintain strong working relationships with key account location managers, producers and account influencers to influence preference for GEICO and their affiliate products.
•Build, execute and present location specific strategic account plans, and forecasts to achieve company objectives and sales targets supporting the NA Director strategic roadmap for specific accounts and products.
•Collaborate and communicate with customers and internal teams from corporate headquarters to regional to individual office locations, demonstrating executive communication and negotiation skills.
•Coordinate sales strategies clearly and accurately with AOM field counterparts to ensure NA account strategies are cascaded appropriately into all relevant deployments.

Travel: High travel

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 108,650 - 169,125 annually

Key Requirements

•3+ years of experience as a sales resource involved with large, complex customers.
•Bachelor's degree in a business or related field.
•Proven track record of successfully developing and translating sales strategy into results.
•Experience collaborating with key resources and stakeholders, influencing decisions and managing work to achieve both short- and long-term strategic goals.
•Exceptional written, verbal communication and presentation skills.
