Key Responsibilities

  • •Create daily, weekly, and monthly production plans based on demand, forecasts, and inventory.
  • •Develop and maintain production schedules to meet delivery commitments.
  • •Balance production capacity with material availability and monitor schedule adherence.
  • •Review material availability, coordinate with the Material Buyer on shortages, and track performance vs. plan.
  • •Maintain production planning data in ERP (SAP, Oracle R12) and generate planning reports, work orders, and production metrics.

Key Requirements

  • •BE/B-Tech in Mechanical or Electrical.
  • •7-10 years of experience in production planning and/or manufacturing planning.
  • •Advanced Excel skills with strong communication and organizational abilities.
  • •Knowledge of capacity planning, inventory management, ETO planning/execution, and MRP.
  • •Familiarity with ISO standards and energy management systems, plus strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
