Key Responsibilities

•Provide technical support and services on client sites for Honeywell building automation and connected services, including diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance to ensure high-quality service.
•Maintain strong client relationships and coordinate with the senior manager of the digital solutions team to align on project scope and priorities.
•Diagnose and troubleshoot BAS topologies and networks (BACnet, Modbus, IP) and ensure system performance meets contractual requirements.
•Coordinate with customers and internal teams to plan, schedule, and execute service and installation activities, including engineering, planning, programming, and documentation.
•Identify opportunities for service renewals and additional services, contributing to customer satisfaction and business growth.

Travel: Low travel

Key Requirements

•1.5 years of cloud experience
•1.5 years of hardware/embedded system architecture experience
•College diploma or bachelor's degree in engineering or computer science or equivalent
•1.5 years of service engineering or similar role
•1.5 years of building automation systems (BAS) engineering with support, deployment, automation and control systems including HVAC and lighting, using standard industry communication protocols such as IP, BACnet, Modbus, OPC, SNMP and APIs
