Job Summary

Serve as a Retail Personal Banker I within Fifth Third’s Financial Center, using a consultative sales approach and Financial Needs Assessment to identify customer needs and recommend solutions. After a 4–8 week onboarding program with rotations in operations and Sales & Service, support teller transaction processing as part of the platform staff. Proactively reach out using CAMP and marketing tools, cross-sell retail products, partner with mortgage and small business teams, and help meet customer experience and production goals.

Key Responsibilities

•Use the consultative sales process and Financial Needs Assessment to build customer profiles and identify current and future financial needs.
•Recommend retail consumer and small business solutions using the bank’s value proposition.
•Use CAMP and approved marketing tools to reach out to customers and schedule periodic financial reviews.
•Cross-sell to the existing customer base and conduct outside sales activities as directed.
•Process teller transactions and work as part of the platform staff, while following retail policies and risk procedures.
