Team Leader, Mechanical Engineering

Lead the Mechanical Engineering team for the BU Heat & Gas Systems (BU HGS) Qingdao Marine site. You’ll oversee mechanical design and component fit for boiler, burner, heater, combustion and exhaust gas cleaning system projects, coordinate order execution with manufacturing and purchasing, and ensure quality, efficiency, KPIs, and compliance. Work closely with E&S colleagues in Europe and Northeast Asia project teams while motivating and developing team members.
