Key Responsibilities

  • •Partner with the Group Vice President to shape and execute the global Total Rewards agenda across compensation, incentives, equity, executive compensation, and benefits.
  • •Serve as a hands-on leader for detailed compensation work, including job offer proposals, compensation analyses, market reviews, equity recommendations, promotions, and incentive decisions.
  • •Lead, coach, and support the Total Rewards team while staying actively involved in complex analyses and high-impact recommendations.
  • •Partner with Talent Acquisition, HR Business Partners, Finance, Legal, and business leaders to deliver job offer proposals balancing market competitiveness, internal equity, and business priorities.
  • •Support executive leadership and governance by preparing clear, data-driven compensation and equity recommendations and assisting Compensation Committee planning and materials.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Human Resources, or a related field required; Master’s degree preferred (or equivalent education/experience).
  • •10+ years of progressive experience in compensation, benefits, and Total Rewards, including experience leading Total Rewards teams or major rewards programs.
  • •Strong hands-on Total Rewards experience: job offer proposals, market pricing, incentive design, equity recommendations, executive compensation, promotions, and internal equity assessments.
  • •Global Total Rewards and benefits knowledge across geographies and employee populations, including compliance considerations.
  • •Advanced analytical and compensation modeling capability, with strong Excel proficiency and ability to translate insights into actionable recommendations.
