Job Function: Field Service, Maintenance & Skilled Trades

Key Responsibilities

•Lead, assign, and supervise electrical, mechanical, and automation technicians across shifts.
•Coordinate preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance activities across all GA assets.
•Provide hands-on technical support for complex mechanical, electrical, and automation issues and guide root cause analysis (RCA).
•Enforce strict compliance with LOTO, PPE, electrical safety, machine safety, and hazardous-area requirements.
•Coordinate with Production, Process Engineering, Quality, and Facilities teams and participate in daily operational meetings and action tracking.

Key Requirements

•Diploma in electrical, Mechanical, Automation, Mechatronics, or related discipline.
•5-6 years of maintenance experience in automotive manufacturing or paint shop environments.

•Willingness to work shifts and provide on-call support as per production needs.
•Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings, electrical schematics, and control logic.
