Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead, assign, and supervise electrical, mechanical, and automation technicians across shifts.
  • •Coordinate preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance activities across all GA assets.
  • •Provide hands-on technical support for complex mechanical, electrical, and automation issues and guide root cause analysis (RCA).
  • •Enforce strict compliance with LOTO, PPE, electrical safety, machine safety, and hazardous-area requirements.
  • •Coordinate with Production, Process Engineering, Quality, and Facilities teams and participate in daily operational meetings and action tracking.

Key Requirements

  • •Diploma in electrical, Mechanical, Automation, Mechatronics, or related discipline.
  • •5-6 years of maintenance experience in automotive manufacturing or paint shop environments.

  • •Willingness to work shifts and provide on-call support as per production needs.
  • •Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings, electrical schematics, and control logic.
