Key Responsibilities

  • •Listen for financial wellness opportunities and provide customized recommendations, delivering solutions through referrals of investment and insurance products.
  • •Attain individual activity, behavior, and outcome goals while consistently engaging clients and documenting calling efforts.
  • •Build and manage a client referral pipeline by prospecting, identifying centers of influence, and coordinating in-person meetings with partners.
  • •Open and support consumer and business accounts and assist with client transactions on the Teller line as needed.
  • •Ensure compliance with operational, risk, security, and audit procedures, including appropriate documentation of client interactions.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 25 - 38.46 hourly

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma/GED or equivalent experience (required), with a bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • •Experience building and growing customer relationships, achieving sales goals, and building referral sources in insurance and investment products.
  • •Foundational knowledge of sales and service techniques, including tele-consulting, prospecting, networking, and outside calling.
  • •Demonstrated ability to build rapport quickly and influence business partners using centers of influence.
  • •FINRA S6 and S63 licenses, FINRA SIE, and Life/Accident/Health insurance licenses (required).
