•Lead and manage the Certification & Safety application maintenance and development teams, providing guidance, support, and mentorship.
•Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, define project scope, and establish project timelines.
•Manage the software development lifecycle including requirements analysis, design, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance.
•Ensure adherence to software development best practices, coding standards, and quality assurance processes.
•Manage budget/financial plans and relationships with vendors and contractors, and coordinate cross-functional integration with existing systems.

Salary: USD 140,250 - 203,550 annually

Key Requirements

•At least one year of experience in a leadership role (team leader, temp manager, large scale cross functional project/program management, or formal manager experience) or completion of Boeing’s “Exploring Leadership.”
•10+ years of experience in information technology or technical support.
•5+ years of experience working in a cross-functional environment across business levels from individual contributors to executive leadership.
•5+ years of software development experience using agile principles and a structured development process including code reviews and automated DevOps processes/tools.
•Bachelor’s degree or higher.
