Key Responsibilities

  • •Own the end-to-end customer journey program from opportunity qualification through post-implementation success, defining workflows, playbooks, and quality gates across Sales → PS → TS → CSM.
  • •Establish KPIs to measure customer flow health across the lifecycle, including lead qualification quality, handoff smoothness, delivery predictability, time-to-value, and retention.
  • •Proactively manage cross-functional risks and dependencies, developing mitigation strategies and escalating at-risk engagements for leadership intervention.
  • •Serve as a key touchpoint for executive stakeholders (including the Chief Customer Officer) on program progress, timeline, and scope; coordinate internal responses and facilitate steering meetings as needed.
  • •Deploy AI agents to aggregate health data from multiple systems into unified executive dashboards, automate status reporting, and flag at-risk engagements for proactive escalation routing.

Key Requirements

  • •8+ years managing programs/engagements, preferably in Professional Services, SaaS implementation, systems integration, or consulting delivery.
  • •Ability to manage complex cross-functional initiatives in a matrix environment across Product, Services, Finance, Customer Success, and Sales.
  • •Experience tracking program health KPIs and business outcomes using program management/BI tools such as Tableau, Salesforce, Jira, and Smartsheet.
  • •Strong executive communication skills, presenting clear business narratives to C-suite audiences and surfacing risks without noise.
  • •Demonstrated ability to anticipate problems, manage ambiguity, and drive resolution across teams without direct authority, including experience with software implementations, cloud migrations, or platform transitions.
