Key Responsibilities

  • •Deliver EICA design inputs for infrastructure related projects.
  • •Prepare and/or review EICA package deliverables including technical specifications, calculations, reports, datasheets, schedules, control philosophies, and associated documentation.
  • •Review and execute tender evaluations.
  • •Participate in proposals and scoping of work, identifying key tasks/packages and developing resourcing/time estimates.
  • •Participate in inspection, testing, setting to work, commissioning, and attend factory acceptance tests; coach and mentor junior staff.

Key Requirements

  • •Degree qualified (IET accredited) in electrical or control engineering, or an electrical/control HND with substantial experience.
  • •Professional registration with the Engineering Council as a Chartered or Incorporated Engineer.
  • •Extensive EICA engineering design experience for water infrastructure, including preparing and reviewing specs, calculations, reports, datasheets, schedules, control philosophies, user requirement specs, and network architecture drawings.
  • •Knowledge of DSEAR, electrical equipment in explosive atmospheres, and CDM regulations for installations.
  • •Strong client-facing skills and a willingness to travel to operational and construction sites for surveys, inspections, and testing.
