Key Responsibilities

  • •Monitor execution of project HSE activities and continually check site activities to ensure HSE requirements are met per the project HSE plan and HSEMS.
  • •Develop and implement emergency response procedures and evacuation plans for safe evacuation.
  • •Provide HSE training to workers (incident prevention, first aid, and safety awareness programs) and run daily tool box talks (TBT) before work deployment.
  • •Identify hazards and unsafe conditions daily, raise observation reports, and ensure corrective measures are recorded and violations are addressed with recommendations.
  • •Prepare and review written risk assessments for each task, ensure findings are communicated daily, and oversee daily/monthly inspection logs for equipment, mobile plant/gears, harnesses, and fire extinguishers.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 5 years of working experience with 3 years in relevant HSE roles.
  • •Comprehensive understanding of health, safety, and environmental regulations and standards with compliance to local, state, and federal laws.
  • •Proficiency in conducting risk assessments and hazard analyses and developing mitigation strategies.
  • •Ability to investigate accidents, incidents, and near-misses to determine root causes and recommend corrective actions.
  • •Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Engineering and a Diploma in NEBOSH or related technical certificates, plus ERP (SAP functional) knowledge preferably.
