Job Summary

Deliver high-touch personal training on the gym floor by maintaining excellent customer service, applying Fitness First standards, and providing market-leading fitness expertise. Engage members with motivational support, design and run high-quality PT programs, and support club events to help maximize memberships. Stay current through MY ZONE/6D/RISE training and CPD, while meeting Fitness KPI and completing required admin in the Fitness Enterprise System.

Key Responsibilities

•Maintain high customer service on the gym floor and uphold Fitness First brand standards while providing fitness expertise and motivational support to members.
•Provide high-quality personal training programs and deliver unrivalled session support, including exercise correction focused on member safety and effectiveness.
•Complete training and development activities, including MY ZONE/6D/RISE certifications and ongoing CPD via IDEA Club Connect.
•Meet Fitness KPI and session/shift standards, including delivery of PT and new member induction sessions and conducting minimum 6D classes per week.
•Perform required administrative duties such as monthly goal setting, daily updates in the Fitness Enterprise System, rota/client booking management, and session documentation for audit.

Key Requirements

•Secondary Education (A level or equivalent).
•Personal Training Certified (REPS A level) or working towards (enrolled).
•In-depth knowledge of MY ZONE, including using the belt at least 12 times monthly.
•Complete and maintain REPs certification by completing 10 CPD points per year.
•Undergo and complete certification for MY ZONE, 6D and RISE training via the Fitness First Education Academy.
