Key Responsibilities

  • •Work alongside KTS experts on critical operations projects and process improvement work.
  • •Support business analysis and optimization, including continuous improvement and reporting.
  • •Contribute to process improvement and mapping and help execute project management work.

Key Requirements

  • •Must have completed at least three years toward a four-year undergraduate degree program with relevant coursework and anticipated graduation of May 2028 or December 2027.
  • •Maintain outstanding academic achievement with a minimum undergraduate 3.0 GPA.
  • •Demonstrate leadership and teamwork through past work experience and/or extracurricular activities.
  • •Bring strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and presentation skills.
  • •Have experience with Excel, PowerPoint, Project, or related business software.
