Key Responsibilities

  • •Align products and services with leaders across the CX org; lead in a matrixed operating model to bring together product analysts and managers.
  • •Collaborate with senior leadership across product, engineering, sales, and marketing to ensure successful product development and launch; drive thought leadership at industry events.
  • •Lead operational initiatives from concept to launch, including pricing, packaging, and channel strategies; support CX strategy for Workday.
  • •Develop comprehensive product roadmaps and business cases; conduct research on investment opportunities, M&A, and process improvements.
  • •Advise other leaders on strategy direction, prepare executive communications, and represent the EVP in meetings and forums.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 168,000 - 252,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
  • •3+ years of experience in management consulting (MBB/Big 4).
  • •AI tool literacy and hands-on application (e.g., Claude, Cursor) a must.
  • •Demonstrated experience advising on successful strategies for complex initiatives.
