Key Responsibilities

  • •Supervise, develop, and train field staff and other construction support staff assigned to a project.
  • •Supervise and conduct inspections and review of work in accordance with applicable codes and standards in project drawings and specifications.
  • •Handle field engineering, contract administration, inspection, testing, surveying, and quality control for one large or several smaller construction projects.
  • •Verify and review project documentation for acceptance, including pay applications, change orders, submittals, shop drawings, cost reduction proposals, and traffic control modifications.
  • •Act as primary point of contact between the client, project team, and contractors; manage the construction management team (including sub-consultants) and attend/lead construction meetings.

Key Requirements
