Job Summary

Monitor and control project cost and schedule for assigned control accounts using the CSI-IPT Earned Value Management framework. Support the creation and upkeep of Performance Measurement Baselines (PMB), maintain control account structures and RAMs, and help develop detailed control account plans. Coordinate monthly analysis and reporting by capturing actuals, status, and Estimates to Complete (ETC), and support CEAC inputs and consolidated EVM reporting.

Key Responsibilities

•Monitor and control project cost and schedule for assigned Control Accounts.
•Support establishment and maintenance of Performance Measurement Baselines (PMB) and monthly analysis/reporting activities.
•Assist with development and maintenance of control account structures and Responsibility Assignment Matrices (RAM).
•Support CAMs in planning work packages, including development of Control Account Plans (CAP) where required.
•Deliver EVM project reporting and analysis data monthly, including support for CEAC inputs and program-wide data consolidation.

Key Requirements

•Provide assistance establishing and maintaining approved cost and schedule Performance Measurement Baselines (PMB), including approved baseline changes.
•Support control account structure and Responsibility Assignment Matrices (RAM), and assist Control Account Managers (CAMs) with Control Account Plans (CAP) and detailed planning for work packages.
•Develop and resource load schedules in line with processes, standards, guidelines, health checks, and code structures.
•Capture and report actuals, status, and Estimates to Complete (ETC) with PMs and CAMs in accordance with the business rhythm.
•Exposure to Earned Value Management practices and demonstrated understanding of project planning, scheduling, and project controls methodologies.
