Quantity Surveyor

Manage and support commercial contracts for major UK infrastructure programmes, working in an NEC environment across procurement, tendering, and post-contract quantity surveying. Lead post-contract activities such as interim payment verification, cost assessments, change control, and payment approvals. Produce cost reports and forecasts, support early warning and compensation events, and help deliver value for money through data-driven commercial insights and transparent contractor management.
