Lead planning, execution, and successful delivery of large-scale urban development megaprojects for Honeywell, coordinating cross-functional teams across engineering, supply chain, finance, and contracts. Drive budget ownership, schedule forecasting, and safety/compliance while integrating smart technologies (IoT, AI) into city infrastructure to enhance public safety and quality of life.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of portfolio of projects, ensuring alignment with the Honeywell verticals.
•Oversee financial aspects of projects, including budgeting, funding, and expenditures, ensuring projects remain financially viable and sustainable.
•Provide technical guidance and ensure integration of smart technologies (IoT, AI, etc.) into city infrastructure, aimed at improving public services, safety, and quality of life.
•Lead different functions within the project organization (Engineering, supply chain, finance, commercial, contracts, etc.).
•Manage the potential risks related to urban development projects and devise strategies to mitigate these risks proactively.

Key Requirements

•Degree in an Engineering discipline; Electrical, Mechanical, Electronics, Communications or similar.
•5 – 7 years of experience in Project Management with min of 3 years working as Project Manager.
•PMP is a must – or any other Professional PM Certification (PRINCE/AIPM/..)
•Proven experience in managing and leading large-scale, complex, and high-budget mega projects.
•Demonstrated leadership capabilities in managing cross-functional teams and facilitating community engagement.
