Key Responsibilities

  • •Process frozen raw meat products for sausage, pepperoni, and SJ products by rotating through stuffing-area tasks.
  • •Perform teardown and setup of machinery.
  • •Follow GMPs, safety, and USDA guidelines and properly complete required daily paperwork per Quality guidelines.
  • •Track blends using good math skills and support documentation needs including SAP documentation.
  • •Support CPS activities (Safety, Quality, BOS, 5S, Equipment/Area Ownership, Team participation, CSD) and assist other cells as needed.
