Associate Project Manager

Execute HVAC and turnkey projects by managing project financials, administration, implementation, and customer satisfaction. Maintain customer satisfaction through investigation of concerns, corrective actions, and stakeholder communication. Lead project administration activities including contract language awareness, scope/cost/schedule validation, compliance, documentation, and safety guidelines. Manage subcontractors and collaborate with technicians on plans, specifications, and submittals while overseeing a portfolio of smaller projects.
