Key Responsibilities

Key Requirements

  • •Experienced and knowledgeable in contracting processes for installation of mechanical systems and managing subcontractors
  • •Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering or Construction Management (a plus)
  • •Average financial and business acumen with a background in construction processes
  • •Experience using project management tools (a plus)
  • •Valid driver's license for at least 12 months with no major or frequent traffic violations in the prior 3 years
