  • •Maintain a shop-floor presence at least 90% of the time and ensure safety rules, safety devices, and 5S practices are followed.
  • •Enforce union contract and company policies while executing startup/shutdown procedures.
  • •Manage manufacturing operations by ensuring first/last piece inspection, hourly quality checks, accurate SAP reporting (production, scrap, labor), and adherence to the production schedule.
  • •Support end users and digital process strength; perform testing for projects and changes, create incident tickets, and update training and process documentation.
