Job Summary

Serve as the primary technical point of contact for channel partners integrating with VIPMP APIs, guiding end-to-end integration from onboarding to go-live. Create and maintain roadmaps, runbooks, and guides; train regional reps; collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Sales; and drive partner adoption and AI-enabled tooling to accelerate API adoption and alignment with Adobe strategy.

Key Responsibilities

•Serve as the primary technical point of contact for channel partners integrating with VIPMP APIs across sandbox and production environments
•Execute and troubleshoot API calls using Postman (or equivalent tooling) to replicate partner issues, perform first-level triage, and unblock integrations quickly
•Own the partner integration lifecycle end-to-end—from initial API onboarding through go-live—ensuring seamless, high-quality integration
•Create and maintain updated roadmaps, technical runbooks, FAQs, demo videos & reels, and integration guides to reduce time-to-value for partners
•Translate partner feedback into actionable requirements for Product and Engineering, track adoption metrics, and collaborate cross-functionally to drive API adoption and alignment with Adobe strategy

Key Requirements

•API integration experience with channel partners and onboarding to production environments
•Proficient in troubleshooting API calls using Postman or equivalent tooling and performing first-level triage
•Experience owning an integration lifecycle end-to-end from onboarding to go-live
•Ability to create and maintain technical runbooks, roadmaps, FAQs, and integration guides
•Strong collaboration with Product, Engineering, and Sales to translate technical constraints into business language and drive partner enablement
