Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop and maintain customer relationships in the district and conduct regular customer visits.
  • •Manage, coach, and direct all customer engineers; set objectives, run performance appraisals, and take corrective actions as needed.
  • •Be the prime interface with Product Divisions including tech support, training, spares, and reliability.
  • •Own account planning with District Sales Engineer and support system sales to CSD management, sales, and field engineering.
  • •Manage installation execution and system support, including pre-facility/start-up meetings, escalation procedures, and RMA processes.
