Onsite Support Technician

Provide on-premises customer support at AVI-SPL customer sites by setting up and maintaining conference spaces and delivering support for networked devices. Troubleshoot and set up audio/video/presentation systems, perform preventative maintenance, and complete tasks with quality and timeliness. Coordinate with customers, a global helpdesk, SIG teams, and internal/external partners while following site safety standards and documenting work and end-user training.
