Job Summary

Support Relationship Managers within HSBC’s Corporate & Institutional Banking International Mid-Market team. Help deliver needs-based solutions by conducting financial, credit, and profitability analysis; preparing proposals and presentations; and attending client meetings when needed. Manage day-to-day activities such as pipeline and reporting updates, coordinate the end-to-end credit process with Service Delivery, and monitor credit risk and escalation responses related to Global Standards and Anti-Money Laundering & Sanctions alerts.

Key Responsibilities

•Support Relationship Managers to optimize client relationship value, engagement, and delivery of needs-based solutions.
•Act as first point of contact for customers on daily credit-related enquiries and attend client meetings as needed.
•Prepare financial, credit, and profitability analysis, including proposals and presentations for prospective customers.
•Assist with day-to-day activities such as client planning, pipeline management, coordination with product partners, and timely updates to data and call reports.
•Coordinate the end-to-end credit process with Service Delivery, monitor credit risk, and escalate responses related to Global Standards and Anti-Money Laundering & Sanctions alerts.

Key Requirements

•Strong analysis and understanding of financial statements.
•Relevant experience working in an administrative role supporting a manager or team.
•Excellent planning skills, including working effectively under pressure.
•Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
•Advanced computer and IT skills, including Microsoft packages; graduation degree essential for a UAE visa/work permit.
