Key Responsibilities

  • •Deliver all aspects of cost management from inception to completion, including feasibility estimates, cost planning, procurement, tender documentation, value engineering, risk management, dispute resolution, post-contract cost reporting and final accounts.
  • •Maintain high professional standards in client engagements and support the firm’s profile as a provider of premium cost management services for large infrastructure projects.
  • •Drive performance and technical excellence through effective communication and use of performance management processes and technical practice networks.
  • •Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to uphold the firm’s reputation and secure future opportunities within the construction industry.
  • •Actively support the internal team and mentor junior staff to foster capability growth.

Key Requirements

  • •Degree in Quantity Surveying (or equivalent).
  • •Accredited MRICS (or working towards membership).
  • •Experience in the Cost Management/Quantity Surveying field, ideally on large-scale infrastructure projects.
  • •Good working knowledge of NEC4 contracts, particularly PSC and ECC.
  • •Proven experience in cost/commercial management within an infrastructure environment, ideally water/environment sectors.
