Job Summary

Lead a compact Agentic AI SWAT team to evaluate business processes and deliver production-grade agentic and non-agentic AI solutions inside an enterprise AI ecosystem. Own process-to-solution assessment, agent/tool/MCP patterns, context and memory strategies, integrations, and orchestration. Build and debug critical code paths—APIs, microservices, retrieval components, workflow logic—and establish evaluation, observability, and reusable engineering patterns with knowledge transfer to internal teams.

Key Responsibilities

•Assess end-to-end processes to determine whether agentic AI, deterministic workflows, retrieval, conventional logic, or a hybrid pattern is appropriate.
•Design and build production agents and supporting services (APIs, microservices, event handlers, retrieval components, workflow logic, integration adapters).
•Define and review MCP server and tool patterns, including tool schemas, authentication/authorization, error handling, versioning, and observability.
•Guide multi-agent and workflow orchestration including model selection/routing, state management, retries/timeouts, idempotency, queues, and exception management.
•Contribute to code/design reviews and debugging, establish structured evaluation (success, groundedness, tool correctness, safety, latency, cost), and deliver release readiness and knowledge transfer.

Key Requirements

•10+ years of software, platform, AI/ML, or distributed-systems engineering experience with recent hands-on coding responsibility.
•Demonstrated production delivery of LLM, RAG, agentic AI, AI assistants, workflow automation, or intelligent application solutions.
•Strong proficiency in at least one enterprise programming language such as Python, Java, or TypeScript, working across the broader stack as needed.
•Deep understanding of agent patterns, tool calling, context engineering, state and memory, RAG, structured outputs, human-in-the-loop controls, and failure-mode design.
•Experience designing APIs, microservices, event-driven systems, data integrations, authentication patterns, and cloud-native applications with CI/CD, containers/Kubernetes, and production support.
