•Advocate for and implement modern engineering practices, such as CI/CD and Infrastructure as Code (IaC).
•Contribute to architectural decisions at the team and system level, balancing pragmatism with long-term maintainability.
•Break down complex technical work into well-scoped, deliverable increments and collaborate with cross-functional teams to align technical solutions with business goals.
