Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree and above with strong knowledge of the Brazilian fashion industry landscape, consumer demands, and digital/mobile transformation.
•People management experience leading a diverse team, including owning P&L.
•Strong interpersonal, communication, negotiation, logical thinking, and analytical skills.
•Customer service orientation with experience in a client-facing capacity.
•Practical experience in social commerce, content marketing, influencers, and creativity, with fluent English and Portuguese.
