Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead development and execution of 3–5 year long-range financial models using multiple scenarios and key value drivers to inform capital allocation.
  • •Set and drive top-down financial targets for annual planning cycles and align strategic goals with financial outcomes.
  • •Develop business cases for strategic initiatives using NPV analysis, payback periods, risk assessment, and ROI methodology.
  • •Lead pricing strategy and packaging analysis to optimize revenue capture, positioning, and business model profitability.
  • •Direct strategic finance priorities including M&A due diligence/valuation and integration financial plans, and build a high-performing strategic finance team.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; MBA or CFA preferred.
  • •Minimum of 12 years of progressive finance experience in enterprise SaaS companies, with substantial FP&A and strategic finance responsibility.
  • •Advanced financial modeling skills (Excel, Python, or equivalent) to build complex multi-scenario models.
  • •Proven experience with enterprise SaaS financial metrics and forecasting systems (e.g., ARR/MRR, renewal economics, cohort analysis).
  • •Ability to lead and scale teams, communicate clearly to executive stakeholders, and drive strategic plans.
