•Lead qualification, compliance, and documentation for renewable energy tax credits and advise on future planning and structuring.
•Prepare and support income tax provision (monthly, quarterly, annual) under ASC 740, including current/deferred taxes and effective tax rate driver analysis.
•Research and recommend tax strategies aligned with organizational financial objectives, documenting technical positions for tax treatment.
•Perform technical tax research and planning, analyzing new legislation, regulations, and court decisions for potential organizational impact.
•Assist with accurate, timely preparation, review, and filing of required tax returns across jurisdictions and coordinate with external providers to resolve technical issues.

Key Requirements
