Key Responsibilities

  • •Design, evolve, and operate a Kubernetes-based platform for Data, ML, GenAI, and AI Agent production workloads.
  • •Build and automate CI/CD pipelines using GitOps practices and integrate DevSecOps into build, testing, and deployment.
  • •Automate infrastructure and environments with Infrastructure as Code, deploying and operating cloud/multi-cloud environments.
  • •Implement security controls across CI/CD, container images, dependencies, secrets, APIs, identities, and least-privilege access.
  • •Deliver observability (monitoring, logging, metrics, distributed tracing) and ensure performance, availability, resilience, scalability, and production-grade reliability for AI agents.

Key Requirements

  • •At least 5 years of professional experience (excluding internships and apprenticeships/work-study).
  • •At least 4 years of hands-on, operational, and directly relevant experience aligned with DevOps/DevSecOps/Platform Engineering/SRE/MLOps or industrialization of Data & AI platforms.
  • •Demonstrable production experience in availability/resilience, run/operations, monitoring/observability, security, incident management, and CI/CD automation.
  • •Hands-on expertise in Kubernetes in production plus CI/CD and GitOps, and using Terraform/Infrastructure as Code.
  • •Experience with pipeline/workload security (IAM/RBAC, secrets management, scanning, policy as code) and Python/Bash scripting for operations.
