Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead annual IT planning, demand consolidation, portfolio prioritization, and CAPEX/OPEX budgeting and investment allocation recommendations.
  • •Establish PMO standards, governance, and delivery methodologies to manage projects against approved scope, budget, timelines, and outcomes.
  • •Maintain portfolio health visibility (delivery, financials, risks, dependencies) and drive timely intervention and escalation.
  • •Govern the IT Change Request portfolio by assessing, prioritizing, resourcing, funding, and tracking changes through delivery.
  • •Review investment business cases and CAPEX approvals; oversee portfolio performance and benefits to drive reprioritization, resource/funding reallocation, re-scoping, or closure.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in IT or Engineering (3+ years); MBA preferred.
  • •10–12 years of experience, including managing large IT portfolio projects.
  • •Experience developing strategic partnerships and managing workforce planning for large IT organizations.
  • •PMI or ITIL certification.
  • •Six Sigma accreditation is an advantage; fluent English.
