  • •Manage hardware development and/or implementation for Motorola Solutions products by coordinating cross-functional teams.
  • •Manage programs and multiple project teams to deliver on program goals, schedules, and quality metrics.
  • •Develop and manage project scope, deliverables, resources, budgets, and timing in partnership with stakeholders.
  • •Identify, analyze, and assess program risks; establish and track risk mitigation plans; drive for closures.
  • •Produce accurate, timely program status reporting and communicate status across organization levels.
