Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
  • •5+ years across the full lifecycle (design, build, deployment, operation) of distributed systems in safety/uptime-critical domains such as aviation, finance, communications, or healthcare.
  • •Experience building and shipping production services that must interoperate with external systems you don’t control and pass external or open-source conformance/certification testing.
  • •Hands-on experience with path planning, routing, or deconfliction in real-world dynamic environments (or strong algorithmic fundamentals such as graph search, optimization, or motion planning).
  • •Strong software engineering fundamentals and experience with languages/paradigms common to safety- and uptime-critical distributed systems (e.g., C++, Python, Go), including fault-tolerant/real-time design.
