Key Responsibilities

  • •Install, repair, and maintain electrical systems including motors, control panels, lighting, wiring, and power distribution.
  • •Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance on electrical systems.
  • •Diagnose and repair electrical issues to minimize downtime, including complex systems such as refrigeration and backup generators.
  • •Follow safety protocols (LOCKOUT/TAGOUT) and ensure compliance with OSHA/NEC and electrical codes; conduct safety checks.
  • •Maintain clear records of electrical maintenance and repairs and coordinate priorities with the Maintenance Supervisor; support plant-wide needs during emergencies and shutdowns.

Key Requirements

  • •Associate’s degree (A.A.) or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school, plus 2+ years related experience (or equivalent education/experience), required.
  • •Ability to troubleshoot, repair, and maintain electrical systems using schematics and blueprints.
  • •PLC experience is highly desired.
  • •Must read and write fluently in English to understand technical manuals.
  • •Ability to function effectively in a team environment and interact with personnel and outside contractors; forklift/genie/scissor lift operation preferred.
